Your Path to Wellness

Now more than ever, investing in your well-being and owning your health is absolutely vital.

Are you interested in getting on top of your health but not clear on all of the healthy patterns you should adopt or where to begin? Perhaps you have a general idea what to do, but you lack the motivation, structure or encouragement to do it?

If you are interested in a wellness journey, join me as I launch a group coaching program focused on teaching healthy lifestyle patterns that will help you on a transformation towards wellness.

Why Group Coaching?

You will be surrounded by other people that share the same health goals and challenges that you may be facing.  Group coaching provides:

  • Support and encouragement

  • Accountability partners

  • Shared experiences in a safe space

  • Connection with others

 Group coaching could also be the catalyst you’ve been needing for a transformation into your best self through a community of wellness seekers.

What is the Program?

A FREE series of coaching sessions over six weeks structured to provide education on a particular Wellness Principle each week in conjunction with helping you:

  • Determine what goals will be feasible for you

  • Recognize and overcome common obstacles

  • Recognize and celebrate your personal victories

This is not a rigid program that will tell you specifically what to do or how to count points or calories. This is an education forum driven by a dialogue with the group to help you set personal goals for each week and to consider what may be possible for the long term.

Program Wellness Principles

 

Create a Wellness Vision

Define what wellness specifically means for you in order to define appropriate goals that will guide you for your lifetime.


Move More

We are not trying to make anyone run a marathon or start mountain climbing (unless you really want to!) but simple actions to take to get your body moving more.

 

Eat Real Food

Learn what is the “real food” that provides the nourishment your body needs and how to incorporate better choices into your day.


Manage Stress

Recognize stress patterns and learn the impact it has on your immune system and well-being along with strategies to tame the frazzles through recharge time that works for you.

 

Hydrate

Learn the importance of hydration for your cells and what it might take to make water something you can enjoy if you don’t currently.


Prioritize Sleep

Recognize the vast impact that sleep has on everything from your appetite to stress management and learn how to establish healthy sleep practices.

Program Logistics

What to expect:

1.      Six weekly 60-minute virtual group sessions (using the Zoom platform)

2.     Focus on one Wellness Principle each week including establishing your wellness vision

3.     Discussion on techniques to make changes in your life – wherever you are at – to more healthy behaviors

4.     Share and learn from each other as we navigate a wellness journey experience

5. Group to be limited to 10 participants
